Dr. Verghese Kurien, the 'Milkman' of India and the father of the 'White Revolution' is a legendary figure who is deeply rooted in our country's history.
But, as time goes by and new generations of Indians emerge with new hobbies and tastes, his legend slowly starts to fade.
It was time to revive Dr. Kurien's name and educate new generations of his significance.
The best way to relive his story? To follow in his path. Literally.
With the rise of Youtubers and Vloggers, we got some of the top Moto vloggers together on the 26th of November, which is Dr. Kurien's birthday and known as the National Milk day.
They rode from the Dr. Kurien's birthplace in Kozhikode, Kerala, through all the places he lived and ended at the Amul Dairy Factory in Anand, Gujarat, where they got to experience what Amul does in all it's glory. All while live documenting not just their journey, but, his too.
The campaign was a huge success with bikers joining along the way and, to this day, riders from all over India ride together to the Factory.
