Game of Thrones was coming to Hotstar Premium. At the same time as the US (which meant no spoilers for Indians) and UNCENSORED (which was a big deal). So, if you wanted to watch GoT with the rest of the world, you had to be up and in front of your screen at 6:30 AM.
The ask was simple: Make a noise about it all, get people to want to be up early and tell them that they can see all the blood, gore and naughty scenes. Oh, and get people to subscribe to Hotstar Premium if they didn't have an account or if they had a lower package.
And we did it all - from typical "train posters" to teasers that would play during the IPL matches and a social media strategy that checked all the RTB (reasons to believe) boxes. Making sure that #ValarHotstar - All men must Hotstar.
